All membership fees collected by GAFIO will be used exclusively for the benefit of GAFIO members.

After December 31, 2025, membership fees for an individual member is 100 U.S. dollars/year, membership fees for a student member is 50 U.S dollars/year, membership fees for a Board of Directors Unit is 1,000 U.S. dollars/year, membership fees for a Executive Committee Unit is 800 U.S. dollars/year, membership fees for a general Member Unit is 500 U.S. dollars/year. (Actual fees may vary depending on the region.)

The GAFIO Office oversees the reception and evaluation of individual and corporate membership applications, ensuring that applicants fulfill the membership criteria and have provided all necessary information and documents.

The Executive Committee typically make the final approval of membership.

The information of new members will be recorded in the GAFIO membership database by the GAFIO Office.

The membership is reviewed every year by the Executive Committee to ensure that every member meets the criteria, adhere to the bylaws, code of conduct, and policies and standards throughout their membership tenure. Any changes in membership status or updates to member information are communicated and managed accordingly.
